I ordered 4 plate poori form swiggy on 7th April 2018.

Order delivered by the swiggy executive on time but when i opened the poly bag they have provided only 3 curries for 3 plate poori. so we thought we should adjust the curry for four plate . but when we try to eat it we found that the curry was at all cooked they just added masalas..its just raw aloo curry. poori also made by the bad flour, we just thrown away the entire quantity that they given. so immediately contacted the swiggy regarding the same, they say " we can take it as feedback and we make sure this kind of instance won't happen again".. so i asked about the money that i paid they say since only one curry missing we can issue 50 rupees coupon for you. i let them know that every curry they given was spoiled. but they keep denied to raise the refund nor they increased the compensation coupon amount to the amount i paid. I paid 200/- for the order and they want to provide 50 coupon how's that fair.. please help me to resolve this issue and have me my money.
