Swiggy — cheating customer with rotten food. not refunding to original payment mode | |||||
I ordered food online through swiggy from the grand village restaurant moradabad, uttar pradesh. Half hyderabadi chicken biryani for 460 rupees. They called me to confirm the order and i gave them instructions like make it fresh, not spicy, hygiene, n etc. I also asked them if it is available or not they said it is available but clearly it was not available. When i was asking them details they talked very badly and told me you can talk to our manager, i said ok i will talk to him he then said he has gone out. They sent me months old biryani that was rotting in their fridge. I called swiggy many times and 60 rupees worth of calling were wasted and i sent swiggy several emails regarding this matter, i also sent swiggy photographs and video of the disgusting green rice biryani, there were bad smelling mushrooms in it, very less chicken, loaded with nothing but salt to make the customer puke all the way to the emergency room, it was green in colour for crying out loud. Still swiggy is not refunding my money. I did not pay to be cheated, i did not pay for the food rotting & garbage to be sent to me. Has anyone in their life ever consumed a green biryani, disgusting smell stale, rotten, old, garbage food and taking money for it. I didnt eat it, i threw it.
