Swiggy — cheating during delivery service | |||
Worst customer care in chennai. We had ordered some food through swiggy app around 2pm on 31dt august, which was 2 sambar rice - curd rice combos and one paneer biriyani. We got the paneer biriyani and only one sambar-curd rice combo. The delivery guy said the hotel gave him only one. He connected me to the swiggy customer service who argued with me instead of calling the hotel to resend the food. That incompetent man kept telling me replacement is not done. I a swiggy customer since 2016 and have had replacements done. My niece also got her food resent when an item was missed out. Arrogant, incompetent lot sitting at customer desk, disconnected our call twice. What the hell are these people thinking? Our order was not delivered correctly, and instead of replacing it they are arguing with us. One # spoke to my father he will send a replacement, and two minutes later another # said no.
