Swiggy — Delay in Delivery Partner (Driver) Onboarding

I am Shankhaneel Dutta from Bangalore. Recently I registered as a Swiggy delivery partner (driver) in the mobile app. My documents are all uploaded and verified but still I am not able to proceed with my application. I have also paid Rs 199 for onboarding in the Swiggy delivery partner app. I think there is an issue with account activation. I have reached Swiggy customer care but no one from the staff is ready to solve my issue. I request if anyone concerned authority is reading this, to please contact me and take action!
