Swiggy — Delivery boy went to wrong address and then cancelled the order with 0 Rs refund

I selected an address in Swiggy and delivery boy went to a different address which was 4 km away from the selected address in app. When I raised complain in swiggy helpdesk they also agreed but they refused to refund the amount of 399 Rs saying it is now already cancelled. When I asked for replacement they said they cannot give that too nor deliver the food in correct location as the time is now passed. I am very much disappointed.
