I ordered food for my family on 13th may, at 9:40 pm. 1 pizza 1 garlic bread and 3 burgers for each member in the house. When i was tracking my order o saw delivery agent took the longer route and was not moving for almost 10 minutes, my house is in outskirts so there is no traffic in the area so i called he didn't pick up initially and later said he is coming but he didn't move for 5 minutes and after 5-10 minutes he moved which made suspicious already so reached oùt to swiggy support but they didn't help as usual later my order was delivered but the 2 items were missing i stopped the delivery agent and asked him if the restaurant gave him the complete order he said yes but i didn't believe him because 2 burgers were missing i clicked pictures of the package and him because i know swiggy support will ask for pictures and even the delivery boy said "madamorder pura nhi dia aapko" when i reached out to support they didn't connect me to support agent on call after multiple attempts i received call from them but they said please email us to [protected]@swiggy.in as we can not provide any solution. I emailed them with all the proves and the delivery agent number but they refused to refund me and i asked refund only for the items not delivered but still they refused. I also asked them to give me the restaurant's number so i can ask them if they gave complete order or not but swiggy refused to give me that also so i got furious as this was not the solution i was looking for it was a crystal clear case few items were not delivered and atleast they should refund for that. Swiggy is a money eater they keep the money for the services which are not provided to the customer. Very unethical, this is not first time swiggy scammed me so i had to file complain against them.
