Swiggy — Fries Food item and vada pav

Why bother reporting problems to Swiggy right away when all they do is send us canned responses saying they can’t do anything.

Request Received - order issue (I have received bad quality food) for order #[protected]. Spoilt and unfresh, wasted time and money writing to swiggy. They have a policy of saying no to everything. Please straighten them
