I had placed a paid order and I made an online payment for the order. The delivery agent did not deliver the product on the location at all. The order was not received. Yet there was a delivery confirmation message which I received. The order did not reach the address and nor was it
received.
When contacted via call the delivery agent had prior informed that the different location for the order was different and he was not getting an address in Vashi area. When placing the order i had clearly mentioned the address.How he received another location is beyond my comprehension.
The amount of the order was ONLY Ra 75. (bananas)
The problem is it is something which is not expected from a trusted brand like Swiggy.
But this sort of services made me question puts into question the whole reputation and standing of the company.
I have attached the image of the order number
Kindly help me to get a refund for my order.
