I ordered food from swiggy but the quality was very bad. I complained about the same and they promised me a refund within 24 hrs. But it's been 7 days since then and every time they say your refund is initiated, or processed. When I told them that it is not reflecting in my account they said they are having an issue from their side and it will be resolved within 24 hours. I also shared my account statement with them but still no response. There is no response from them, every time I have to complain I have to tell the whole story and now when I say I will complain about this in consumer forum they immediately just end conservation from their side. This is how they harass their customers. Not a single mail has been sent from their side whether they are resolving my issue or even looking forward to resolve it. Was this information helpful? |
