I have ordered 2 T.roti and Paya shorba from the above mentioned restaurant using swiggy app on 26th Feb 2024. I received only one Paya shorba and roti packet but I've been charged for 2. When I saw that the item was missing, I called the delivery executive and he informed us that he was only given 1 item and that he didn't know about the missing item. Then I reached out to the customer support and I was chatting with a bot as swiggy doesn't allow us to talk to a real person for any issues. All they could respond was that they can't do anything in this case and that I've to reach out to a specific email to get further assistance. So I did. I did reach out to the swiggy team via email and provided them with all the details and screenshots and every other possible evidence that would be of help. Even after providing sufficient evidence that proves that I have not received the item, they still responded back saying that they can't provide any refund or anything else and I just have to leave a feedback on the restaurant's page.
Now I'm seeing that many people online are facing this issue with swiggys scam. I'll not stop posting about this until I get a resolution Was this information helpful? |
