[Resolved] Swiggy — money deducted through amazon pay but food order was not completed.

On 27 aug 2020, i was ordering the food from swiggy and the food order was not completed but the money got deducted through amezonpay (Rs.620). Instantly i received the msg that it will be refund soon but not refunded yet. I was so many times call and chat with swiggy customer support but they not able to provide any solution or refund yet.
Kindly help me to short out this.
