I have couple of complaints where i really faced worse with swiggy.
I have ordered food on swiggy order id [protected]
First delivery person called and said he had problem with address and asked me to come to particular place and collect order. After swiggy executive conferenced call with me and delivery person, it took 50 min for that person to reach the address where usually it should be 25 min.
After receiving order, i was shocked to see one of the item is unpacked. It's open and quantity is less. And when i opened other item, it contains egg. I'm pure vegetarian and i ordered veg item. How can something like this can happen in one of the popular food delivering app. And i'm victim of it suffered from beginning of the order. When i was trying to customer care, they are not even connecting call to executive person. I had no choice than complaining here Was this information helpful? |
