Swiggy — Order undelivered

I had ordered from Chainess, Agra. Swiggy delivery man called us, he was at the wrong address. I tried explaining to him but he didn't understand. Then I kept calling him and he didn't take the call. After 50 minutes I get the message that my order is cancelled and my order amount was cut. It was not my mistake. Please call me on [protected].
