1. They just had one item available in stock which is okay, 2. They let me place the entire order of ₹440 and after the payment was done and order was placed, they said that all the delivery partners were busy and they can’t deliver my order at the moment. Shouldn’t they not let you place the order in the first place like blinkit and zepto, if you can’t deliver it due to no delivery partners available. 3. It took more than an hour of continuous calling and customer support chatting that I received my order and when the delivery partner handed me the order, the packet was opened already, and asked me to check if anything’s missing. Gladly, nothing was missing, but overall this entire experience was next to pathetic as I had ordered for someone else and they had to wait for an hour to get the order and even the delivery partner reached the wrong location and later coordinated for the right one which took another 15-20 minutes.
