Swiggy — product delivery | |||
We placed order on swiggy, date 18th may 2019, madurai and ordered for a ice cream products from coco hut. Once we placed the order we received a call from the swiggy delivery person, stating that the delivery place is far off and he cannot deliver it. Meanwhile the swiggy executive contacted us in conference call along with the delivery person and he tried us to convince the delivery person to deliver the food. However, the delivery person did not agree with this stating that he will see profit by delivering to places close to him. So we asked the executive to cancel the order for which he said that rs.200 will be gained as cancellation fees (Total fare was rs.500), so a deal was made that we will pay rs.100 in hand to the delivery person. The delivery person was so rude, uncultured, impolite and unprofessional. He delivered the product with so much frustration and gave it on the road instead of coming inside.
