Swiggy — Promising false delivery timings and very rude customer support agents and updating the status as delivered without delivering.

1.Ordered the delivery in Swiggy app and it showed the delivery time 18mins but it more than 45 minutes.
2.Delivery agent asked me to come to another location than the actual location and very rude in behaviour
3.Customer support agents are very sarcastic and not able to support the end users
4.Updated the order as delivered without delivering to the customer and deducted the money for the same
