This has regards to the below order : Order #[protected]
This was an incomplete order as an important item was missing from the order.
When i contacted the customer care i was guided by a chatbot wherein i was given the resolution that the due amount would be credited to Freecharge being the source of payment.
Till date i am unable to see this amount of Rs. 28 on Freecharge.

Swiggy has started resorting to unscrupulous ways of cheating customers by delivering incomplete orders with missing items and not refunding the money on time.
It is a matter of great shame and disgrace. How dare you people do such things?
I want this amount credited to my Credit card or account linked to Swiggy instead of beating around the bush.
I have wasted my time writing to Freecharge but the fault is actually vested with Swiggy.
