I ordered food on Monday and due late delivery cancelled. The refund has been initiated. Still now it is not credited to my account. Unable to reach customer as well. Chat support bot is answering no human.

Not receiving orders instead of login 8hrs whats problem i have changed my timings otherriders are getting continus orders on what basis orders are getting from morning 7.30 am to4pm not even one one order whats the problem
Delivery person is not capable to find address and reach to customer its not mean that cancel order without customer confirmation and up on cancellation you refund half amount to customer without fault of customer is not way to provide service.
Order has been cancelled by swiggy and i got half refund. what a fake policy!. get updated your system.
