Swiggy — regarding the refund for food order with swiggy owing to food quality issue

Received very poor quality food with insects in broccoli. Stale vegetables in veg clear soup. They are denying me a refund of rs. 172 for this order. Moreover, they are not taking any action on the restaurant and not providing me with the quality check document or certification with fci for this restaurant on grounds of confidentiality. May 10, 2020 Updated by aroraankush26 I have already written to you people via twitter and mail but they have refused to refund the entire amount for the item.
