I placed the order at New Delhi Sweets and at 11:24 AM IST on 18 June I got a call from Swiggy customer care team that Rasgulla and mirchi vada worth ₹134 are unavailable.
I requested the support team to deliver the items available and refund for the items unavailable.
The same was confirmed by Delivery executive Khileshwar Sahu at the time of delivery. I even have a phone recording with the delivery executive.
Till now no refund has been initiated by Swiggy team. Also, the invoice provided has the two undelivered items also listed.
This is a serious breach of trust. Kindly check the same and refund me ₹134.
