Swiggy — Swiggy Instamart is looting customers

I RECEIVED 3 DIFFERENT ITEMS FROM MTR KHATTA MEETHA POHA IN MY LATEST INSTAMART ORDER
MY SWIGGY ACCOUNT RELATED PHONE NUMBER IS [protected], NAME ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ACCOUNT IS SANDEEP
PLEASE GIVE ME A REFUND
WHEN I GO TO HELP SECTION IT DOESNT GIVE ANY SOLUTION JUST SAYS CONTACT EMAIL SUPPORT
When i contact email support they deny the refund or replacement, this way swiggy has frauded me in the past also with another instamart order when i had ordered britannia toast packets which were completely open when I received them
