Have placed an order at 9 30. It got canceled at 11 saying delivery executive met with an accident. Placed an order at 11 picked by delivery executive at 11 30 but his mobile is switched off for past one and half an hour... I lost hope on hope on delivery executive as he might have disappeared coz swiggy is known for hiring un professionals... But just curious to see whether ppl from swiggy customer care calls customer out of courtesy and inform customer about this issue.. They are least bothered...
