Swipe Elite — wrong battery replaced | |||||
After more than two weeks of waiting, i have received my replaced battery from siddu communications, kodambakkam, chennai on 26th march 2018. To my surprise, after returning home, i found that siddu communications has given me 1500 amph battery instead of original 2000amph battery that i had given for replacement. When contacted your service center, they didn't provide sufficient reason and asked me to contact customer care. I have sent a mail to swipe the same day but yet to receive any reply. Please address the issue on immediate basis as i have suffered a lot in the last two weeks calling your service personnel for battery replacement. Otherwise, i have to escalate the issue to appropriate authorities. My invoice bill given to me while buying the phone and xerox copy of the battery given to me now are attached herewith for your reference and immediate action.
