Swipe India — I didn't get my phone from more than 35 days and they are telling me always it will take 10-15 days to dispatch from our end.

I had purchased a new phone from flipkart model Elite Plus, brand name :Swipe on 4th October 2016. i just used it hardly 15 days and its hanged and its screen got blank. I submitted it to their service center at Allahabad on 5th November 2016 and its more than 35 days and still they are telling me from last 20 days it will take 10-15 days to dispatch from our side.

Its the violation of the rules they defined and i am loosing my patience. Just purchased and a new brand phone by paying my money and its now still thrown in their service center.
Please help me and others, this company has no guidelines and there products are not good as well as their service is too bad.
