I have purchased a phone model swipe elite plus from flipkart.
When i unboxed it i found it faulty and tried fro replacement but no response from flipkart.
Now when i have submitted it at service center of manufacturer there is no response from them even after 3 weeks.

I had purchased a new phone from flipkart model Elite Plus, brand name :Swipe on 4th October 2016. i just used it hardly 15 days and its hanged and its screen got blank. I submitted it to their service center at Allahabad on 5th November 2016 and its more than 35 days and still they are telling me from last 20 days it will take 10-15 days to dispatch from our side.

Its the violation of the rules they defined and i am loosing...

The battery is swallowing. I purchased 2 new batteries in a year, all of them swollen within 3 months. The company is not ready to deal with the issues even after complaining. Also the company products are not easily available in the market. The company is lagging in providing necessary accessories. They don't even have the gorilla glass screen guard & mobile back cover for their mobiles.

Please help....
