Hello dear
I am mahesh tank, from raipur, chhattisgarh i have swipe elite plus mobile. Till i have purchase this set no update given me. Whenever i tried no update message came - it has lollipo 5.0.2 version and security patch date is 01/01/2016. I bring this set to service centre they also told about online update but no response till now.

I will never suggest anybody to take this company mobile....

Iurchased swipe elite 2 plus mobile in nov-17, in apr -18 i facing display & camera issue given at indore service center for under warranty repair on date 23.04.18 complaint no is sascmp0861642. After 4 month service center return my handset & reply given that swipe not support to any service center so we cant able to give service. I contact many times to swipe but they not reply.

I have purchased new mobile of swipe elite from naptol. Since i have using form 2 month. I am getting 2much problem. It take 5 hour for battery full. I think i have to replace this mobile & to. Much add on it. I have try to many time at call center. But mobile no is not available. I have went to services center but it tool that we have stop working on swipe company

I had bought a swipe elite 4g hand set from flipkart with invoice number fa ba si[protected] dated 27/03/2018. After usage of 2 month, mobile shown some technical problems like disply issues, power failure etc. Imei numberof my mobile is [protected]. I had already contacted your service center at calicut for repairing it, but they inform that one month waiting period is required, since they have no spare parts. Kindly request you to replace...

I am using swipe elite sense. There are some apps like "chromes", "settings" and com.wgvjp.dick are installed automatically even after i uninstalled it.
I don't know how it was installed.

But all the permissions are provided to that apps automatically. it went automatically phone to reboot and battery goes to loww And play store suggest me that "this app can damage your phone". It may be a harmful virus.

I had bought swipe elite otnx. Phone is not switched on
I had given to service centre in Salem tamilnadu. On[protected]
It's been either months. Ididnot get my phone back. Ilthey are not giving proper response in service centre.i wanty l my phone back within 10 days
Else I will complain to the consumer court for sure. Here with I had attached the receipt copy of service given. Reply back in 24 hour with the update to...

I have been using the swipe elite sense for about 1 year,,,,, which was super with its performance and it was also efficient but 2 months ago i came across a problem of a auto downloaded virus "chromes" and "mail" and thing like aiboo. Cc which was a trojan horse virus,,,,,,,, partially it got cleared which made happy,,,,,, but now a new virus"com. Vcpgy..." (I dont remember well)...
And along with that setting a fake one is installed...

I have given my phone to whatsupp service center, kalyan west (Sascmah351) on[protected] with jobsheet no : sascmah3512139 and imei no: [protected]. It's second time since i've given my phone to service center within 1 month. I purchased my phone on[protected]. It's almost 1 and half month passed since i given my phone but still there's no response from swipe service center. Even there customer helpline no is out of service.

I hv given my swipe elite phone to surat g. Tech solution service centre on 28.05.2018 ref no 1018 and my ime no [protected] repeatedly serviced by service centre in past one year not resolved (Phone purhcased in last june only). With in one year four times admitted in service centre.
No custoemr phone is working and no response from service centre.
Detail complaint letter also sent to swipe marketing heads.

My swipe elite sense is also having the same problem.
First it downloaded staticstatus and mails app, which now stopped.
Then it downloaded settings which is a malware.
In google it keeps on opening www.aiboo.cc so i deleted chrome only.
Now i still have the problem of settings but i have a nother virus
It downloads nolcans app it keeps on showing ads.
The virus is com. Wgvjp. Idck
I keep blocking...

Recently the body of mobile phone swipe elite VR got detached automatically and upon visiting the service centre he told me that he can do the work but with the consent of mine.He further told me that the phone needs to be heated and that involves risk.The service centre is at Guwahati namely electronics solution at GS Road Bora service.My phone is still under warranty...

Earlier, settings app was getting infected every 5 minutes after removing the infected settings app with mcafee or kaspersky internet security.

Now, malware gets installed every 5 minutes. Phone becomes brick immediately. Only after pressing power button for a very long time, phone restarts and can be used again but...

My mobile has been sent to this company before 2 months ago (Complaint number:sasckar031632, swipe elite plus). The complaint wasthe 'mobil was not power on'. When i was called the customercare before 2 weeks ago, the told me that "they will discharge the mobile on may 25". But the mobile not yet to be reached. So kindly help me to get back my mobilephone. I want back my mobile as soon as fast....
