Pl. Arrange to replace battery as battery was damaged and handset screen cracked. It was bought fron shopclues 0n 26/09/2017 via order no.[protected].
Ihe battery damaged, complained shopclues via no.5237537 on 6/2/2018
They sent to phadganj swipe service center. Service person told to give complaint in writing. No body is ready to give in writing and its guarantee time is passing
Pl. Look into matter, otherwise i am going to consumer court and moreover i have all recording with swipe toll free person, service center and shopclues
