[Resolved] Syberplace E Solutions — Non delivery of ordered product | |||||
I have places an Order for Sennhieser Head phone Cx 180 vide Oder no.[protected] Date: Feb 20, 2016 and made prepayment of Rs. 737/- by netbanking. Till date I have not received the order product. I have made several reminders through Email as the phone banking number is never reachable. Last request made by me to them was for the refund of the payment and since then I have received two SMS from ( HP-sbrplc) stating that they have attempted to call me but i Have missed the call from them, They will call back again tommorow about my order status. Which is a total farce, as no call was made to me by them. On trying to call back at the number from which they claim to have made the call. No response since the number may not exist. These are few new tricks that Syberplace has adoptd to fool the customer further. This is a total cheat and fradulent company.
