Sir, I have ordered for a samsung galaxy j2 mobile set through online shopping on 21/04/2016 and made the full payment of rs.6983/- on the same day through neft transfer. But now it is almost 40 days, they have neither delivered the product nor made the refund. When i ask for through email, they reply to the email saying different answers.
