Syberplace.com — Can't cancel my order | |||||
I ordered Samsung mobile on Syberplace.com and I want to cancel my order no[protected], but I am not getting any option to cancel the order on this website. How can I cancel the order then? Their customer service support really sucks, as they always to leave a voicemail, which I did but did not get any response back yet. I tried to send multiple emails to [protected]@syberplace.com but didn't get response on the same as well. Can you please get my order cancelled and let me know about the process of refunding. I placed order for Asus Zenfone Max (Black) on 3rd Feb 2016 in Syberplace.com the product is not delivered after 15 day, My order ID[protected] was cancelled on 22nd Feb and they confirmed refund will done in 7-10 day, but till now refund is not done. I have attached order copy and my communication emails
