Dear, Sir/Madam My name is Syed Sanaullah Mohd Tabish.I was travelling with my friend Mr.Shakir Hussain.New Delhi to Mumbai on Air India flight No-AI659 (Airline Ref No-Y816E: CRS Ref no:3H8JRX) on september 19, 2014. My ticket no-098-[protected] & 098-[protected]. I want to register a complain against the airline, Air India, First of all, the flight was dealyed from Delhi by 20 mins.Then, when we there finally allowed to board the air conditioner (AC) of the plane was not working. On complaining regarding the same, the flight incharge told us that the air conditioner (AC) will start working once the flight will take off. However, even whenthe flight took off, it was still not working. Infact the air conditioner did not work throughout the entire journey from Delhi to Mumbai. I was feeling suffocate and very sick throught the journey and was just waiting for the flight to end so that my trauma will be over. I want you to take strict action against the airline for the mental agony and trauma that I went through during the journey . I was my ticket to be refunded because I did not pay for such painful and traumatised journey.More over, I also want to be compensated for the emotional trauma that I went through due to the carelessnese of the airline.
