Dear Indigo

I took the flight on Monday[protected] from Patna to Delhi (6E 633) via Lucknow (Booking Reference: F9U19G) however because of your negligence I lost my meetings and that too for a very important Operation. I am being asked many questions because of that delay, it was you people who got the flight delay for the sake of passengers like a roadways bus.

I have been writing all over Twitter on the social media platform but you have been ignoring all the concerns that I am raising.

1. I lost my meeting
2. I lost the evaporation against my patients
3. I won't be reimbursed for the ticket because I couldn't make it on time.
4. This is hitting my job and moreover it's hitting my noble profession because I am a doctor.

Today I am raising this issue to you for the sake of Resolution an I want you to reimburse the amount that I paid for the ticket. Because I can't bare something that I couldn't utilise for.

All I can say is that you have the pathetic services that I have ever seen. Check my records that I am a frequent flyer but now I won't be using any of your services.

I want my money back as you have ruined everything against me. Else I will drag you to the best possible place for justice and I mean it.
