Syndicate Bank — Amazon marketplace returned but not yet credited

I have make a transaction on 4th june 2020 at amazon marketplace. I returned that on 26th june and i received a mail and text massage that my refund is successful with reference id aoh21wi60000kalohudx, amount is rs 450 still not credited in my account. I have connected several time at syndicate bank customer care along ref number, tey not able to solve my problem. Please look into my matter and solve my problem asap.
