My name is sandip kumar swain & i had ordered an apple ipad 10.2 worth rs. 29900 (Order #[protected]) on 15th may from amazon & suddenly cancelled it. The refund for the order was initiated by amazon but it is not reflecting in my bank account even after 13 days. I was asked by amazon to file a charge dispute from quoting the refund reference number they send through mail but syndicate bank doesn't have this facility. So, i kindly request you to respond to this complaint its very urgent.
The reference number of the product is 290056..
