[Resolved] Syndicate Bank — Refund not received to my account

I have purchased an item from amazon by paying through syndicate bank rupay card. But later i got cancelled that order and they initiated my refund to the same account on 31st may 2020. I got mail from them that the amount will credit to my account within maximum of 5 days. On 5th june 2020 i got another mail from them that confirms that the amount should be credited in my account by now. And they gave a refund reference #30005401530152120102512. But i didn't received the money until now on my account. So please help me resolve this issue and get back my money
