Syndicate Bank — refund of rs 40 and rs 324 from amazon pay

Sir i did 2 different transactions one of rs 40 and other of rs 324 on amazon pay please amazon has already refunded amount for both the transactions but 2 amount are not reflecting in my account please kindly look into this matter and please refund my amount before also i have done this kind of transactions same problem had occurred please help me in this matter and refund my both amounts

Sir I have installed and opened syndicate mobile banking app but it was showing unverified connection error, I have given all permissions including storage permission also, please help me to resolve the error..
