DEAR SIR,

My mobile handset was damaged and its touch pad stopped working.
So, as it is comes under one year insurance scheme taken of SYSKA GADGET INSURANCE. I submitted it to them to claim the insurance,

when i submitted my battery was in new and working condition with even not removed ever. They submitted my mobile to "DHARA ENERPRISES", LENOVO SERVICE CENTRE, in vadodara city.

They took 2 months in repairing and when we received the call that its is repaired they additionally said that battery is not working condition pls. bring new battery.,

when we when there and checked physically, it was like no use.
it was in damaged condition and its surface was in like round shape. I found that battery is replaced by damaged one and my IMEI numbers sticker was stacked on that battery.

I have all the photograph and supporting documents for the same but they both are not accepting.
