Syska Gadget Secure — I've not received my payment yet after 22 months. | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, I’ve insured my Samsung Galaxy J7 phone by Syska Gadget Secure on December 2015 and its expiry date is on 24th December 2016. I’ve claimed for insurance when my gadget was damaged on June 22nd and I’ve made the payment of 7000/- Rupees to Samsung Service Centre on the same month as I was told by Syska Team to do so. My phone was repaired and handed over to me by the end of July, 2016 and I was told that the insurance money will be credited into my bank account within the next three months (i.e. by October 2016). But unfortunately my phone again got damaged accidently in July itself and I was waiting for the funds of the insurance to be credited into my account by October. I was told to wait for a few days as the payment is in process. Every week after that they told me that the payment is still in process but yet I’ve not received my payment.I asked the Syska representative for solution for several hundred times but they are just asking more and more time. I’ve reclaimed for insurance within the insurance period of my broken phone in December 2016 (Before the Phone’s Warranty and the Insurance Period was over) and this time they did not ask for any money, they told me to courier the phone to their company and it will be handed over to me by them. And I did so. They repaired the phone and handed it back to me by April 2017. But yet they did not pay my previous payment of 7000/- Rupees. I’m desperate by the service of this company as I’ve waited for 22 Long Months to get my money back. Please Help me reclaim what is mine, Thank you.
