I have damaged my samsung a7 in an accident on 8th aug 16, immediately i was out of station and rushed to attend a funeral hence i could not lodge a claim within 48 hrs.. I therefore request u to consider the claim on humanitarian grounds.. Damage is already done to my handset for just because of reg time within 48 hrs may not be genuine reason to reject the claim..
