History repeats !!!

I have rated as one star - bad service, but i would like to tell you its a worst service i have seen ever. The guy named sagar from system knowledge pvt ltd had taken money rs.150/- and confidential documents from me, i have proof for the same ( already captured in cameras ), the girl named zoya had taken my application for conversion of pre paid to post paid service ( as i had given the request for the same on https://shop.Vodafone.In/shop/new/postpaid-new.Jsp) and assured me the best service, the person named ankit had taken my verification and suddenly gotta a message that activation is under process, after 24 hrs your sim will get updated. And very next day got the message that we are unable to process the request for the same ( but no specific reason ) tried calling number given in sms ( [protected] ) and unfortunately the call was getting disconnected by the other person .

I want someone to look into this matter within 24 hrs or be ready for further escalation to the higher authorities.
