I gave my car Maruti Baleno Zeta CNG DL12CW1248 for repair, under insurance, to M/s T R Sawhney Motors workshop situated at B-19, Mayapuri, New Delhi on 06.12.2023. They promised me to return the car after repair in a weeks time. But the car was returned to me after 11 days. I was forced to hire cab for extra four days for which I spent Rs.4000/- extra. The workshop never updated status of the car repair. I was constrained to call workshop every now and then to enquire status of the vehicle.
Further, the workshop forcibly sold a car-cleaning cloth for Rs.200/-, against my wish, by saying that it has been made mandatory by M/s Maruti Sales. Another customer was also sold the cloth. When I checked with manager of the workshop, he also showed his helplessness in the matter. I received the vehicle under protest by registering my protest on the gatepass of the vehicle for mandatory sale of cloth and delay in delivery of the vehicle. I am writing to M/s Maruti Nexa also and will also take legal course of action in the matter. Was this information helpful? |
