T. R. Sawhney Motors — Not received my car

Dear Sir/Ma’am.

This is to bring into the companies notice about the serious inconvenience caused to me (Maqsood Ali Malik) . I booked the personal car (Alto) on 11-april-2021 and my payment got disbursed on 16-june-2021 from axis bank of rs 346800. On the same day I paid the rest of the amount rs 1lac to the Mr. TR SAWHNEY MOTORS PVT. LTD Rajouri Garden New Delhi-110027. I was briefed that my car will be delivered on 21-June-2021. On 21st june i was waiting for the dealer's call for my new car's delivery but unfortunately there was no response from the agent or company, so I called the agent about my car and the agent told me to wait for the next 10 days. After 10 days there was again no response from the agent and I made a call to the Mr. TR SAWHNEY MOTORS PVT. LTD, but they told me that my car had been delivered back on 21-June-2021 to the customer (Maqsood Ali Malik) but I had nowhere abouts of my new car. They were briefing me that records show that the car was delivered to mr. Maqsood Ali Malik. I told them that I have not received a car and they told me to wait for some time so they will check the delivery of the car. After some time they shared the information about the car like Invoice(16/VSL/[protected] and TCR (DL2021-TR-6751B) etc. and added that my booked car is in a workshop and had met with an accident on 21st-june-2021. Then the company told me that they will repair my accidental car within 45 days and will deliver the same repaired car which I strongly denied. And when I was asking them to deliver me a brand new car they were just making excuses. Like this there were many excuses every day and i was reminding them everyday about my new car updates. Finally I have listed some questions that were carried out without my knowledge as mentioned below.

1) If the company had delivered my new car to the agent, why did not the company inform me?
2) If my new car had an accident, why didn't the company inform me?
3) if the accident date was 21-june-2021 according to them, how they had insurance on my (Maqsood Ali Malik) name on the same day and I had no information regarding the matter.
4) If the accidental car is in the workshop, how did they claim insurance (Car Engine No. F8DN6528572) on my (Mr Maqsood Ali Malik) behalf without bringing in my notice.

So due to this frustration I complained this matter to TEAM MARUTI with complaint reference number [protected] and I was called by Mr. TR SAWHNEY MOTORS PVT. LTD. urging me to take my complaint back and assuring me that they will give me the same repaired car with some compensation and asked them to give me in writing since the company has become trustless for me. And there was no response.
Finding no response, no solution I had come to complain in the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) with docket number 2837416. So I am requesting the sir to work on my matter as soon as possible. Till date I have not received a car.
