I have given my baleno for repair to tr sawhney motors, mayapuri (Authorized service station) on 20.08.2018 after meeting with an accident on 19.08.2018. The rear portion of my car was slightly damaged. After proper survey of the damages, it was told that the dickey, rear bumper and rear glass of the car are to be replaced including minor repairs of the doors on the left side. The advisor of the bodyshop assured me to deliver the car after repairs within 10-15 days. But since august 2018, more than 45 days have lapsed and the car is yet to be delivered.
I have very bad experience about this service station. Also, i find that the staff working in the bodyshop including senior executives are very irresponsible and not at all trustworthy.
Despite being a senior citizen aged 68 years, i had made more than 6-7 visits at the workshop to know the status of my car, but every time i am sent back on the pretext of non-availability of spare parts/ non-availability of workers or other reasons. On my every visit, i am assured that i will get the delivery of my car in the ensuing week but it never happened.
In the absence of my personal vehicle, i am forced to commute on private transportation, which has adversely affected my pocket.
The above explained factual position caused me mental agony and may be considered as inappropriate harassment. My car may be delivered immediately. Was this information helpful? |
