T24 Mobile — Frre recharge not credited | |||||
Please note that i did shopping in big bazaar worth more than 3000 and as a procedure i am suppose to receive a free talk time worth rs 30 but nothing credited. The number was well registered. I tried to call t24 customer care and ask ed me to get store number. The store number is not written on the bill and i need to call big bazaar to get it after waiting and spending 20 rs for the call. Do you think this is correct procedure?? Why the store number is not written?? Now when i am trying to call t 24 customer care the phone get s intentionally done so that i get fed up and don't take the benefits?? Good way not to give the offer.
