Dear sir madam

I made purchase of approximate 4500 Rs at Central (at Growels mall Kandivali Mumbai) ; the free talktime 51 Rs not yet credited to my T24 number[protected]

I had given details to CSD counter / spoke to T24 counter / 52121 number nothing worked.

Here are my bill details -

Transaction ID - 6160
Purchase Date - 22 Jan 2017

Talk time value - 51 Rs.

Looking forward to get it credited soon / I need to escalate this.

Dear Madam, i recieved a talktime but not a Full talktime, its minus :( generally we get it as full talktime.
Very much disappointed with services & co-ordination.
