[Resolved] T24 Mobile — Lethargic Customer Service | |||
Hi, I bought a T24 sim on 19th Jan 2015 from a T24 outlet in Big Bazaar, Varanasi. I submitted a copy of my PAN card and driving license as required documents. The details of the sim are as follows RSN : [protected] MDN : [protected] IMSI : [protected] I was assured that the sim would be activated in 48hrs. However 9 days have passed by and after numerous requests and reminders regarding activation, my SIM is still not active.The attitude of the staff employed at t24 counter is not encouraging either. I mailed a complaint to [protected]@t24mobile.com 3 days back, however they too were lethargic in even acknowledging the complaint and providing me with a complaint docket No. I am seriously disappointed for opting T24 sim taking in to account that its a Tata teleservices product.
