Dear Sir/Mam, I am using SPICE MI 498 and I have recharged my cell no. [protected]
with Rs.99 for 2G mobile Internet on Nov 14, 2014 in which i have to get 500 MB
Data for 2 Month, but in First Month I didn't get the data and when i called to
customer care they said due to technical Problem this problem occur. In second
month I have get the Data But Now I am Unable to use it due to bad speed. And now
when i called to customer care they didn't listen. I use the pack before, but I am
Facing the problem Now. Please solve my problem.
