T24 Mobile — SIM activation

I have been awarded a SIM card bearing No.[protected] in my name at the BIGBAZAR shopping mall at Barasat on[protected]. The T24 authority also taken Rs. 80/- more from me to extend talktime for Rs.110/- and they have also told me that the SIM will be activated on Sunday, the 4th in the evening. But sorry to mention that the SIM card not been activated till today. I need immediate solution. Please arrange to activate the sim immediately. Thanking you. Samir Kumar Majumder-[protected]
