T24 Mobile — SIM not activate after 4 weeks | |||
Hi, I have registered a complaint with title "T24 Mobile — T24 SIM not activated after 3 weeks!" in this site. It has been almost 4 weeks now. I got the reference ID as 1327. I have not received any serious followups related to this so far. One day they requested my to submit the SIM to bigbazar to replace the older SIM and again asked my alternate number which I have provided already in email. I do not understand why T24 customer care is making me run behind them to activate the SIMs which I paid already around Rs.500/-. I can not always go behind to activate the SIM. Else, I need to seek legal advice and service for this negligence from T24. Please consider this matter seriously. Else, only option in front of me is go legally.
