Hi, in 2011 i had taken t 24 connection from big bazaar store, calicut, for my sister. As she was minor then, sim was taken on my name. She had been using the sim till september when she lost her mobile. We went to big bazaar multiple times for sim replacement, but we were always informed there was no blank sim in stock. Finally we got a blank sim from docomo store and approached cust care in big bazaar. During the replacement process, we were informed that the number which was taken on my name is no longer on my name, instead was on some one else named mr. Bobby (Who was using same number before 2011), but the number is actually being used by my sister.
Now we are unable to get sim replaced as we got sms from docomo cust care that there application has been rejected due to name mismatch. Kindly help to get sim replaced as the number has been linked to my sisters aadhar, bank accounts and other goverment documents.
Kindly do the needful.
